My stay was quite the disappointment. the room was damp with mildew, and the fact that I wasn’t offered an upgrade after all those water issues felt downright insulting. I mean, a little effort could have gone a long way—almost good enough for a decent review, but clearly, that’s asking too much.

Had a blast at Maria Da Se! The location was perfect for wandering Porto's charming old town. Loved the cozy room with a lovely view, and the breakfast spread was great! Bonus points for the warm welcome from the hosts with port wine and local treats.

Comfortable room, friendly owner, the welcome drink of port wine and pastel de nata made my stay feel special, complemented by excellent wi-fi for staying connected.

the staff is super friendly and truly goes above and beyond, making you feel like family. the breakfast spreads with local delicacies are definitely worth waking up for! the location is just perfect, close to everything.

The dark room facing a historic wall felt more like a hostel than a hotel!!! Lighting improvements would definitely help create a more inviting atmosphere. Also, I couldn't shake the feeling that the price didn't match the basic amenities provided!!!
